Hot Rod Meet and Greet

A number of Hot Rod enthusiasts will be heading over to Bussleton for the Sandgroper Nationals to be held at easter this year. On their way through they will be stopping here in Kalgoorlie for a night, so we will be having a meet and greet with the Hot Rod guys n gals at the Boulder Ex Servicemans Club. The Club will have the barbie fired up and drinks will be available at the bar. Looks to be a good night with a member of the group happy to provide some standup comedy and a few laughs.

This isn't a "club only" event. Anybody is welcome. Should be a great night. I believe they are doing a raffle for a fundraiser. I will findout more soon.

Well that was a great turn out for the short notice. I hope all those that came had a good time and eat enough. I've never seen sausages go so fast. Ha ha. :)

A big thankyou to Kylie,Nat,james and crew for organising this at such short notice-2 hours!!
The event went off pretty well.A few rods didn't make it due to being stuck in Norseman awaiting repairs.

Now,I have to stand on my soapbox here.
We had a Club Event-this doesen't mean people can be d/heads when they leave! When said vehicle left-comments were made about how it sounded-tough-then the display down the street has our guests making big comment about small penis size, no brain attitude and "where are the cops when you need them".
Not good for OUR club!!
Please People,when you are driving around the place with club stickers etc on your car,or coming to/leaving club events-use your brains!
There were some big HP cars there and no one else had to beat their chest!
