Ok, ok, i have turned to the dark side, today i traded the faithful Pursuit in for a Hsv Gts, im sorry Ford people but value for money i couldnt choose the FG F6 over the GTS, the FG is just SO UGLY and plain looking inside, and with the Holden EOFYS bargains i did the sensible thing.
Its Voodoo (blue) so keep an eye out. Will post some pictures when i get time.

BAH, back to 2 ford fans now!!!!! i will point out that bang for buck the turbo 6s are leaving behind both the ford and holden V8s, dont have the note though, second hand cars is a different story too, near new cars with bugger all kms are a shirt load chraper than a brand spanker

Im not disputing the performance of turbo fords, i thought long and hard on a FG F6 but they are just so plain. and ugly. I mean i was a ford man all my life, two XD`s, EB fairmont, Au2 XR8, Ba Xr6 turbo, FPV Pursuit.
that said, i still have the 93 three door festiva and two Torana`s. :)
No mods, im leaving it alone this time. So i can enjoy my warrantee

im no ford fan but ya gotta give credit where credit is due i would have an fg f6 over any "current" model holden , hsv , csv .

i rekkon they look hot , go like stink but have never seen the inside so i cant comment on that .

Just ordered myself a Car Bra from Melbourne, as well as 'mirror' protectors, and a flip out boot mat to protect the rear fender whilst loading the boot, they tell me since i have purchased one before they will embroid GTS on them free of charge. cost = $517 delivered.
Took the GTS to Kambalda on friday night and have a couple of nifty chips already, but it is not a show car so thats the way it goes.
I also see my old ute is on the lot at Golden City, im interested to see what they put on it $$$$.

Think i will also save and get the 'BOLLE' tint at tint-a-car, dont wanna go skimping on that area. since she told me the '$290" special tint can fade in five years.

a lot more than they gave you, bout 12 months ago they were going to give me 26 for the crewman, ssz with all the gear, exhaust, 20s, lowered, i told them to jam it. 2 weeks later there was an impulse blue vz ss crewman, no leather, bog stock ss auto for 39,000 it lasted 3 days

mid 30`s im told. rang today to query the vin number as it contradicted what the handbook said, a digit in it represents the year or manufacture, eg 7, 8. mine is an 08 but had a 9, apparently its a 08 with 09 upgrades. I dunno. sounds too hard
