Yes we are using the Boulder Service man's club on Piesse St
Some nibbles will be provided but since it is a charity event please also bring your own.
Donations kindly being donated will be posted above as they come through.
Bring your friends and family along. Tables of 6 - 8.
There will be lots of prizes given out through out the night but will also be having silent auctions and a raffle.
If you would like to make a donation to the club quiz night, it would be appreciated, you will get advertising on the forum and posters if we receive the donation before the posters go out..which will be VERY soon.
We will be selling tickets very soon.
We are hoping for a big night wil lots of big prizes and lots of fun and hope to see you all there with your friends, co-workers and family!!!

Hi, I ma back from my holidays. If you would like a poster to put up at work or a club, email me at info@barkerimages.com (info@barkerimages.com) and I will send you a copy, it would be greatly appreciated by the club. It would be greatly appreciated to get the word out to help raise money for our drag strip and hopefully get more members. I have heard we have had some top prizes come though while I have been away and I will post them up soon as I get more details. I know one prize the girls will LOVE!!!!!!!!

The night has lots of excitement planned. There will be spot prizes, raffles, silent auctions and more. So bring along your friends, family, work mates, people off the street to come and enjoy the night.
Tickets are up for sale as mentioned above from John Bowlers Office on Hannan St or by calling myself (Kelly) on 0415 111 650 or Kylie 0409 889 119. We hope to see you there for a great night with your mates!!

I have updated the donations so far are more are still coming through...there are some GREAT prizes!!!

We will also be having a tribute to Jason BTLFEDR33 (who was a strong member of the club and best mate to many) and raffling a 4L Jim Beam Bottle, Jason's fav drink, donated by member KALSPL (Darryl Harrington) with all proceeds from the raffle going to his family Sarah, daughter Danielle and unborn baby.

Don't forget to tell your friends, work mates and families to get tables together and support the club. Tickets available...If you want a poster to suport the club by puttiung it up at work or elsewhere send me your email and I will get it to you.

I also have the projector ready to use for the night , you just need a screen unless there is a wall thats useful.

There is a mix of general questions and picture questions. There are questions to suit all ages, genders and interests.
The club provides the projector and screen and a microphone with a PA system so thats all covered. Thanks for all your offers though!!

Preferable buy them before the night so we know how to set up the room, how many to expect and how much food to buy and how to divide up all the prizes. You can buy them from John Bowler's office next to Telstra on Hannan's St. But any left over will be sold on the night.

It was a great night and thank you to everyone who came and made the night so much fun. The generosity of people for Jason was just mind blowing....a lot of people chucked money in to his raffle without even wanting a ticket and it added up very quickly
