Mobile Skin For GSASC

I have just set up a new skin for mobile phones. It also uses a detection system so it will automatically chose that skin for you when using a mobile device.
Now this is VERY basic and that's how it is meant to be. The idea is to have it that way so you don't download as much which equals less money..
