To post "You Tube" Video's in your post you will need to do as follows:
First copy the URL of the video you would like to share. The URL will be found on the right hand side like the picture below shows. To copy the URL high light the text and right click on it to get a menu to show. Then click on "Copy"

Now you will need to open the section of the forum you want to post the video up in. You can do the following for a new thread or replying to an existing thread.
You will see some icon's near the top right hand side. The one that has You Tube. Now click on the icon. You will then see the following tags appear: (there will be no spaces though. I have done that to make the tags not work so they can be seen for your help)
[ YOUTUBE ][ /YOUTUBE ]
Now between these tags add the URL that you copied before like this:
[ YOUTUBE ]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VW-Q0KrR50A[ /YOUTUBE ]
You can then add any other text you would like to post. Once your done hit the submit button down the bottom of the page.

You should then see this:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VW-Q0KrR50A
