Well people-what a hoot!
We ended up with just 3 cars going(2 members!!!)

The boys down-over or where ever the heck collie is to us,turned out a great weekend.
We did some Sprint racing around the circuit( which Andy seemed to be doing more turns per lap than anyone else! ),drifting, draging burnouts and the wining through witches hats thingie!
Young Noely Neve turned his turns into a drift session and the old Tunna got some nice power slides happening outta the corners.

On Friday arvo/evening,Noeley entered the burnouts. On his first run he gave the dump truck tyres a little nudge resulting in a "slightly less than perfect" Left rear quater pannel!
I didn't see the second run by him but it must have been good as the boys were talking about it on Sunday! And he took home 4th place! Onya Noeley. There were quite a few heavy hitters on the go,so a great effort.

Sunday.
Andy Boult,Noel and myself took to the circuit(an awesome track on it's own merrit!)for some Sprint Laps. I gotta tell ya,that Charger is an impressive sight trying to tear the front wheels off the tarmac while the rears are squiggling all over the place! and thats from my rear view mirror!
But it all came to an end very abruptly as a bloke in a latish Jaguar Circuit car tried to remove a couple fo the dumpie tyres. The driver was ok but the Jag needed a crane to put it on the trailer. Very second hand!

We then went to the drag strip.
It's 1/8th mile,no traction compound,no lights but a whole heap of fun.
Andy and myself lined up together and smoked, squiggled and somehow made it to the end! He bet me....Bugga.
Noel just smoked the quater! What could be said-impressive.

We got some more circuit time in,then back to the drags where Andy bumped a valve on a piston and had to call it a day.

Back for some more circuit work-Noel ran out of tyres,I ran out of traction.

Then to the weaving through the witches hat thing. I knew I had no chance in winning so I just smoked the old girl through the whole event-pleased the crowd anyway! Noel did the same so we went back for an encore.

Thats about all I can remember for now. But a HUGE THANKS to Tony Cummings for organising this event and to the Collie Motorplex for hosting.
A great time, great bunch of people which always seemed keen on us having a great time.
I thank you all.
