Weekend Courses

Hey guys just wondering if there is a weekend course I can do to become an engineer or geologist with in a few weeks...

Was looking through seek for Kal and man there are heeps of jobs for engineers and geologists and they get paid mega bucks too :(

Sheesh i hope not, or why the heck did I go to uni for all those years... :hammer: Dunno about mega bucks for a geo either. There's lots of good paying jobs around in Kal, with lots of potential down the track - depends on what sort of work you are looking for, and if you are interested in hard work or cushy work.

There's usually well paid jobs at the smelter as a Process Technician, or at the Superpit, or if you have heavy vehicle licences there are haul truck jobs or plenty of major freight companies too.

Heaps of recruitment agencies in town too. But nah if geo's and engineers learnt their skills in a few weekend courses I doubt Kalgoorlie would be here today.:bdance:
