Ha ha Shaun - there are actually a couple of guys in Kal with RC drift cars that would probably be keen for some new competition - and there are heaps of members of Silviawa who do both - drift RC cars and the real thing.
And yeah huge file - but tidy looking RC 200SX there!

cool well make sure she is working for mid year...
Mine is basically setup for drifting and not much else...
I use the Fireball 17x2 $30 motor and I can't kill it... would have put at least 100 batteries through it and still got the original brushes in it and this thing is pretty much revving flat out from the minute I start driving to the end... and I get about 45 mins of out of 3800mah battery :)
We will have to start roping a few more of the guys/gals on here into it, the more the merrier :)

How does the nitro go drifting in terms of how long does a motor last you reving the day lights out of it while drifting...

I was the local industrial area a little while back and I was fanging it up this LONG drive way and towards the end the car would get air... So I just asumed there was a rise in the concrete but it was sooo far away I couldn't tell...
I was cruising back and the car rolled over so I walked up to get it and at the same time look at what I was jumping off and to my amazement the reason why it was getting air was because there was a difference in height between the two pieces of concrete of about 20 - 25mm I was like holly crap, how haven't I turn the wheels of this thing.
They are near indestructable, I have clipped my foot at flat and made the car shoot off straight into the concrete gutter with NO damage what so ever...
Mine will do about 50 - 55km/hr flat out yours being nitro will be quicker at top speed but the my electric will have ya for about the first 10m's then its all over for me :)
