heheheh we wish...

How ever we are looking to buy a house in Kal but we only have about $300,000 to spend that joint is like $800,000 or something... just thought I would post it and hope one of you guys owned it and might selling it to us for $300K ???

We have been looking on the net and from what we have gathered we should be able to get ourselves something pretty nice for the money we wanna spend...

I realise we are buying in a boom stage rather so are probably going to be paying higher house prices then in a slump stage but we are intending on holding on to this house for quite some time so as a long term investement I think we are on to a winner... Just hope the price of Gold and Nickel doesn't come down any time soon but instead keeps rising.. (once we have bought our house of course)...

Anyway hope we did gets anyones hopes up with that one...
